Arcano was created by Juan Diego and Nicole Canahuati in partnership with Lucas Warren of Culinary Journey as a space where Spanish flavors meet Latin soul — and where tradition blends with creativity.
Together, we bring a love for Spanish cuisine, craft cocktails, and great hospitality to every experience, building something that feels both familiar and exciting.
